Stay informed by signing up for our mailing list or requesting a project meeting using the form below. If you request a project meeting the project will contact you to discuss opportunities to meet with your group as we prepare the Draft EIS.

You can also provide your input on the project; however, the 30-day scoping comment period has ended (it ended on October 23, 2008). We will continue to review public input we receive but we cannot guarantee that if you make a comment it will be addressed in the Draft EIS because your comment is being submitted after the scoping comment period closed. The next official public comment period will start following the release of the Draft EIS. The Draft EIS is schedule for release in the Spring of 2009. The Draft EIS comment period will last 45 days. This website will be available during the Draft EIS comment period and will accept your comments on the Draft EIS regardless of if you commented previously, provide input now, or did not provide input at any time prior to the Draft EIS comment period.
